User Management

Manage users, roles, and permissions in UniSync.

Overview

Navigate to Admin → Users (admin-only) to manage user accounts.

Roles

UniSync uses role-based access control:

Role	Permissions
Super Admin	Full access to all features and settings
Admin	Full access except system-level settings
Editor	Can run agents, manage content, use SEO tools
Viewer	Read-only access to dashboards and reports

User Management (Admin)

Admins can:

• View all user accounts
• Change user roles
• Enable/disable user accounts
• Control environment access per user

Invitations

New users are added via invitation codes:

1. Navigate to Admin → Invitations
2. Click Create Invitation
3. Share the invitation code or link
4. User registers with the code

Batch Invitations

Create multiple invitation codes at once for team onboarding.

Two-Factor Authentication

Users can enable 2FA for their accounts:

1. Go to Account Settings → Security
2. Enable Two-Factor Authentication
3. Scan the QR code with an authenticator app
4. Enter the verification code

Backup codes are provided for account recovery.

Environment Access

Admins can control which environments each user can access. This restricts:

• Which sites users can publish to
• Which content they can view
• Which agents they can manage
