Manage Agents
Create, configure, and manage your AI content agents.
Creating an Agent
Navigate to Manage Agents from the sidebar and click Create Agent.
Required Fields
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| Name | A descriptive name for the agent (e.g., "Tech Blog Writer") |
| Environment | The publishing destination (WordPress or Astro site) |
| Language | Content language (English, Spanish, etc.) |
Agent Configuration
After creating an agent, you can configure additional settings:
- Writing Style — Tone and voice for generated content
- Content Length — Target word count range
- SEO Level — How aggressively to optimize for search engines
- Avatar — Agent profile image (synced with WordPress author)
Assigning Work
Agents need assignments to generate content. Use the Assignment Modal to configure:
Quick Publisher Mode
- Select the target environment
- Choose Quick Publisher mode
- Add automations:
- Search Phrases — Keywords to generate content about
- Web Sources — URLs to scrape and repurpose
Production Mode
- Select the target environment
- Switch to Production mode
- Assign one or more campaign planners
Planner Readiness
A planner must have all three components before it can be assigned:
- Keyword plan
- Topic cluster
- At least one approved content strategy
Agent Cards
Each agent displays as a card showing:
- Agent name and avatar
- Current type (Quick Publisher / Production / Unconfigured)
- Target environment
- Assignment count
- Last run time and status
Bulk Operations
- Filter by type — Show only Quick Publisher, Production, or Unconfigured agents
- Filter by environment — Show agents for a specific site
- Search — Find agents by name
