Campaign Planners
Campaign planners organize your SEO efforts into structured, executable campaigns.
Overview
A campaign planner brings together three components:
Creating a Campaign Planner
- Navigate to SEO Intelligence → Campaigns tab
- Click Create Planner
- Select the target environment
- Name your campaign
Planner Components
1. Keyword Plan
Assign a keyword plan containing your target keywords (max 15 per plan).
2. Topic Cluster
Create or assign a topic cluster that groups related keywords:
- Pillar keyword — The main topic
- Cluster keywords — Related subtopics
- Smart pillar selection scores keywords by relevance (0-40) + volume (0-30) - difficulty (0-30)
3. Content Strategies
Generate AI-powered content strategies for each keyword:
- Title options and angles
- Content outline with headings
- Meta description
- FAQ suggestions
- Internal linking plan
- Priority score
Strategies go through a status flow:
WARNING
All strategies must be approved before the planner can be assigned to an agent.
Planner Readiness
The planner shows readiness indicators:

A planner is ready when all three components are green.
Assigning to Agents
Once ready, assign the planner to a Production Agent:
- Go to Manage Agents
- Click Assign on the target agent
- Switch to Production mode
- Select the planner
Keyword Plan Protection
Once a planner has content strategies generated:
- The keyword list in the plan cannot be modified
- This prevents strategy/keyword mismatches
- To change keywords, create a new plan
